Part Game of Thrones reference, part poem, part life ideal, My Sun and Stars is not just a company, It is an ideal. it is the belief in something and more . It is infinite possibilities.
"We have calcium in our bones, iron in our veins,
carbon in our souls, and nitrogen in our brains.
93 percent stardust, with souls made of flames,
we are all just stars that have people names."
I binge-watch Netflix way more than I'd like to admit, and when I'm upset I watch old episodes of Gilmore Girls.
I would absolutely love the chance to know more about you and get shooting!
(My camera's name is Ben, but will go by Benedict if you treat him kindly.)
But I am not just a photographer. I am a nerd, an introvert, a lover of pasta, and a sucker for puns. I didn't start an instagram for the LONGEST time because I knew I would just overwhelm people with photos of my dogs. (but I succumbed and now you can find the tag #novioisdabomb.) I don't write happy birthday on people's facebook walls because I'd rather text them with a personalized message.
I love being a part of some of the best moments of a persons life- I always get a warm tingly feeling during the first kiss, and I am guilty of occasionally tearing up a little at the father-daughter dance. When I was little I wanted to be a bank robber, but my dad told me that was unacceptable, so I decided to be a photographer instead. I find that the two professions are pretty much the same thing, as I still get to shoot people and take their money :P
Jokes aside, I am a photographer because it just makes sense. Ever since I was a kid I've been a people watcher, a lover of nature, and a chaser of sunsets. But I am a wedding photographer because Im in love with love. What more can I say?
My partner in crime, my co-dog owner, my most favorite second shooter. Greg will most likely be assisting in some form or another. He makes sure that my ego doesn't get too big and is a connoisseur of dad jokes.
Fox is our simple slow dog and Nigel likes to boop Fox in the face.
Fox (to the right) thinks he's 150lbs and ferocious, while Nigel thinks he's ten pounds and is convinced you will give him food if he stares hard enough.
OUR TWO VERY SILLY PUPPIES
One of my first memories of wanderlust was an early addiction to all things Ancient Egypt. I so desperately wanted to visit
